First of all, our waiter was truly a gem. Very accommodating, polite, personable. When the wine I was looking for was not available, I ordered a completely different drink. He advised me that it was made different than it is traditionally prepared, and offered for me to just try it. If I didn't like it I could get something else. The drink was delicious.
