The waiter was an old school customer service expert. He treated us to fantastic service .....polite...eye contact ... and attentive. These are dying characteristic traits and it was a breath of fresh air. The food was really good. The presentation of the food was also impressive. that was my second time at trattoria aroma. the first time I had pizza, which was good. for this visit I ordered the pappardella alla bolognese. the homemade pasta would have been excellent if the sauce had been to the standard. it seemed to water down. the cannoli filling was also watery.
