I came here before it was Cajun Louis, it used to be 'What the Pho ' and the same owners rebranded it to include Seafood and a streamlined Pho experience. I got the Pot Stickers and Spicy Pho Bowl. My experience was great and the food was tasty and memorable. It 's the best Pho in Wilson.. but for now, it 's about the only Pho in Wilson. PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRICES!!!!!!! We dined in had to wait forever ever the guy to come back from the back to place order. Took a long time to get a refill on WATER! The food was ok but service was slow! The menu said one price then we get the ticket and completely different prices....when I said why is it different they said idk and I'll say something to the guy....like really get it together!
