We popped into Caffè Nero Worthing for a coffee, which wasn't really that busy. The inside was shabby and a bit grubby looking. The queue was reasonable , but the service was extremely slow. So I nipped to the toilet whilst my husband waited in the queue. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by an overpowering smell of urine, and the toilets were disgusting.
