We decided to treat ourselves to the Christmas lunch today, usually it's a quick dash from work to get our lentil soup and sandwiches. We opted for the two course lunch. When it takes less time for your food to arrive than it does to order it something is far wrong! Self service is great when it works. It does not work here 20 minutes standing in a queue to place my own order, the woman at the till was so slow and seemed to be completely unaware of the situation.
