The Cordonblue as a daily snack was disappointing. I 've never had such a bad cordon blue before. An almost tough steak 1.5cm thick was poorly folded and filled with only a little cheese. When we asked the trained cook who cleared our plates why she didn 't pound the meat, we only got a blunt answer that it doesn 't always have to be the same.
