"The Sattelhütte is some 5 minutes skiing from the top of the Weisshorn in Arosa. It has comfortable seating inside, however we always stay outside, weather permitting. The service team is very friendly and funny. The service is speedy as well. They feature a fabulous choice of good drinks and fantastic food. Make sure you try it yourself next time."

"Wir waren an einem Samstagmittag in der Sattelhütte. Die Hütte war nicht sehr gut besucht doch trotzdem mussten wir lange warten bis wir überhaupt nach unsere Bestellung gefragt wurden.Die 2 Kellnerinnen waren damit beschäftigt sich mit anderen Gästen zu unterhalten als uns zu bedienen. Wir haben 2 mal den Chef (?) in der Sattelhütte gefragt ob wir bei ihm bestellen können, doch er hat jedes Mal gesagt, dass eine Kellnerin gleich zu uns kommen wird. Insgesamt hat es mehr als 15 Minuten gedauert. Wenn es in der Nähe eine andere Hütte gegeben hätte, wären wir schon lange wieder gegangen.Obwohl das Essen okay war, werden wir sicher nicht wieder zurück kommen."
