I made a mistake on my order (completely my fault) and was charged to much. I spoke to one of the staff and she said she'd leave a message for a manager to refund some of the order the next day. Next morning I receive a message from PayPal telling me that a refund had been applied. They didn't have to do this, and the server could easily have done nothing just to get me off the phone.
