my Balikbayan friend asked about something filipino dish so we recommended cabal as we were in sm. they enjoyed the selection of food, and cabal is actually their favorites during their makati days in the late 1990s. at least it was a pleasant meal. but I hope. they will react quickly when customers notice that the floor near the hand wash area is slippery due to water drops.
