I would say Roma’s is Italian inspired cuisine. The pasta we ordered was pretty good, enjoyable and big portions. The dinner rolls were very tasty. The salads were nothing special, but the focaccia bread was laughable. It was what appeared to be a hoagie roll cut horizontally toasted with sliced tomato and mozzarella on top.
