I would have to say the best seafood since I caught my own in Alaska, their shrimp cocktail and sauce was excellent, my wife dreams of it. The blackened sea bass and grouper were also excellent. Unfortunately, our latest visit to Blu was less than satisfying. We come for Seafood Towers for special occasions with friends; this was our third visit. We visited on 4/23 and our service was beyond terrible. It was as if she knew it was a large ticket and we were a large group so gratuity was guaranteed.
