Great food. The table where we sat was right at the door, so much traffic and flies. Very good seafood selection and they have cold water oysters. Server was great and very friendly. Unfortunately, our latest visit to Blu was less than satisfying. We come for Seafood Towers for special occasions with friends; this was our third visit. We visited on 4/23 and our service was beyond terrible. It was as if she knew it was a large ticket and we were a large group so gratuity was guaranteed. "We visit from the city, and it does not seem to be many veg options in Northwest Arkansas, so we were delighted to see that Eleven had a vegan black bean burger option, which was supposedly fabulous. However, when we arrived and ordered the waiter, the waiter informed us that the Patty now contains eggs and they had not updated the menu to reflect it. They made us a mediocre court as a substitute. Many choose as a vegetarian, not so much if you are fully plant-based. Beautiful views!"
