Amazing. The item Game Sausage Trio is phenomenal. The Rabbit and Rattlesnakewurst is one of the best things on the menu. The food of this newly opened local establishment is great. The portion sizes are perfect and the food is 90% farm to table. The staff and service is spotty sadly. I've been 3x now and each time the service is lacking and slow. I hope they can figure it out as I'd like to see this place thrive in the Gunbarrel area.
