Amazing. The item Game Sausage Trio is phenomenal. The Rabbit and Rattlesnakewurst is one of the best things on the menu. The Happy Hour is so great, half away from beer and wines including sparkling, rose and bottles! **** Mary's are super delicious. What User doesn't like about Element Bistro:
The food of this newly opened local establishment is great. The portion sizes are perfect and the food is 90% farm to table. The staff and service is spotty sadly. I've been 3x now and each time the service is lacking and slow. I hope they can figure it out as I'd like to see this place thrive in the Gunbarrel area. A neighborhood gem! We held a triple birthday party our 50th anniversary party here. Eric the entire staff were wonderful both in the planning execution of our events. The pastry chef is terrific whipped up a gluten free cake. Highly recommend the shrimp grits. Been there for lunch dinner. Happy to call it our place!!
This is such an awesome place. I'm not even sure where to begin. The space itself is incredible. The menu is absolutely delicious. The level of service is the best I've seen in a long time. If you're looking for a fun happy hour, a business lunch, a nice sit down dinner, or just some rooftop drinks this is the place to go.

They’ve got everything a foodie could want fresh and seasonal menus, a stellar rooftop, happy hour specials that put Pearl Street to shame, a perfectly prepared prime rib dinner with a wine list to pair, and most importantly a staff that goes above and beyond! I have been to Element Bistro several times and the space is amazing, customer service is great, and the food is delicious. They also have a great happy hour. I can’t wait for warmer weather so I can sit on the rooftop patio and enjoy the view.
Stumbled on this little hidden gem in a serendipitous way. Had a great time and even better conversation. �Classy venue, amazing view with a mom and pop authenticity.
