This is the best food in Boulder. Excellent vegetarian choices (the chili is always available) and rotating specials which make it different every time. Lots of taps and plenty of beer choices for various palates. Often a bit of a wait, but well worth it and you can sample their brews at the bar while you wait. the restaurant is tiny and packed. I'm pretty sure my burger was vegan, but that mayo could not have been-vegan.
