This is the best food in Boulder. Excellent vegetarian choices (the chili is always available) and rotating specials which make it different every time. Lots of taps and plenty of beer choices for various palates. Often a bit of a wait, but well worth it and you can sample their brews at the bar while you wait. I would have asked, but the server was too busy and I was too hungry to wait longer. these are fine vegan options if they are looking for a group place with omnis, but do not see the place outside. read more.
