Exceptional customer service! Bought Oxtail dinner. I was very disappointed with the serving amount and lack of meat. I called the restaurant and spoke with Pat the owner, who offered to give me a refund and cover the gas fee. Got to the Restaurant and met Pat for the first time. Ordered Jerk chicken meal with patties. Patties were great but unfortunately the Food i order for takeout was bad. Chicken was old and smelling not sure if my timings were wronf as i went around 3 pm but really upset after spending $30 bucks i had to throw all the food. Service is good.
