Exceptional customer service! Bought Oxtail dinner. I was very disappointed with the serving amount and lack of meat. I called the restaurant and spoke with Pat the owner, who offered to give me a refund and cover the gas fee. Got to the Restaurant and met Pat for the first time. She apologized gave me a $20 refund (more than the cost of the food) $10 gas fee and also topped up the meal and gave it to me for free. I... View all feedback.

Ordered Jerk chicken meal with patties. Patties were great but unfortunately the Food i order for takeout was bad. Chicken was old and smelling not sure if my timings were wronf as i went around 3 pm but really upset after spending $30 bucks i had to throw all the food. Service is good.
