What Ginger Bee doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Ordered a new special Reeses peices cookie in the drive thru. They gave me a burnt cookie. I went inside and all of those Reese cookies were burnt. Very dark brown all the way around and into the centre. Told the work my issue, no apology, no verbal acknowledgment at all. She did exchange ot tho for the M&M cookie, which was so stale a hard.
