A fantastic experience! This Tim Hortons is 5 minutes away, and we come here every day or every other day. The staff are super understanding, and patient. The food also never misses the mark! What Ginger Bee doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Ordered a new special Reeses peices cookie in the drive thru. They gave me a burnt cookie. I went inside and all of those Reese cookies were burnt. Very dark brown all the way around and into the centre. Told the work my issue, no apology, no verbal acknowledgment at all. She did exchange ot tho for the M&M cookie, which was so stale a hard. I’ve tried many French vanillas at Tim Hortons but at this place it was the best and perfect.
Saturday morning at 730..cashier speaking indian to us..past the drinks slammed window shut..no thank you or have a nice day..ignorant
