The Virginian used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I come once a year to vacation in Wyoming all the way from Missouri. I always look forward to eating here. Unfortunately this year I learned that The Virginian was under new management and you can definitely tell. My favorite item on the menu is the truffle Mac N’ Cheese and prime rib.
