What's the point in advertising the Tempura as a gluten free option (due to using potato starch) and when ordered GF, you get told by the staff they use flour as well. I then clarified if it was gluten free flour and they responded no, even after checking repeatedly with other staff. Either your staff don't know or you are advertising it wrong.
