Ok so I got free ice cream here once. I should note I have intolerances for certain foods, so I ordered the dairy free and gluten free option. When I was eating it later I realized that they had gotten the wrong flavor mixed in with it! I also saw this gross liquid at the bottom. I think it was syrup not good. Could be an old issue though.
