Went in and their machines were acting up. She told me that my transaction didn’t go through so we tried a different form of payment. I checked my accounts and it went through on both. Told her and she said it will fall off the next day which it didn’t so we were charged twice. Went back and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and that it happens all the time.
