Stayed with my girlfriend, my parents, and niece (2 rooms). Great chalet feel, wood throughout. We arrived at 9 PM (1 hour ahead of BC), the kitchen was closed/ing, but they let us settle in and served us supper. Searched for a chalet in Banff using booking.com, unfortunately, stupid enough to trust it as it's never failed me before. Turns out Alexa chalets are 200k further than Banff and in a different state. Despite that, the chalets are nice and cosy. Breakfast was fine....The local area left a lot to be desired.
