We went for my birthday to have dinner with friends and it was a large group so we made reservations. They seated us immediately upon our arrival and got our drink orders. The problem I had was not with the food, it was ALL excellent. It was with the drinks. Upon arrival, the host manager informed my wife and I, in addition to a separate pair that arrived minutes before us, but also had an open table reservation that it would be at least 30 minutes before sitting. He mentioned something about a very large group that was just sitting. I thought how this was the epitome of bad management and customer service.
