Like some others said, the deli counter meals are fairly average and the Chinese food seems the most popular, so can be a long wait sometimes to get that. But if you get there when the Japanese food items have just been put out, you can get a really nice Bento box made to order, and at good prices. A 4-item box feeds two of us, no problem.
