"Super friendly staff and some really awesome pizzas. Have tried each one of their original pizzas and really enjoyed the roasted beets. They also have sandwiches and soups and evrything is homemade. Very clean and inviting."

"Small coffee shop that has really good quality coffee. the killer mocha has the right amount espresso and hot chocolate. turkiscle is like a frappuccino but has much better quality than a dietary frappuccino. would definitely come back to qualitatiw high quality coffee."

"Mary is a lovely woman dedicated to her quaint bakery in the heart of downtown Comox. Unfortunately on the two visits I made the muffins, scones and dessert squares I purchase were very dry and disappointing. First time may have been a bad day so we tried once again and same results so no likely to return."

"Almost always don't have what's posted on the menu. Just ordered food and did not get what I asked for- everytime I've come over the last 4 years its been like this.Disorganized staff never seem to know what's available or where common ingredients are like salt and pepper. Food is sub par for the price."

"We went for lunch from the base, we ordered the special, 50 mins later still no food, and we had to leave. The ice tea was good. The ironic thing, I went there to see if we should book the staff golf and BBQ night."

"Similar to other Quality foods locations that have an extensive Chinese menu, this one on Guthrie Road is an additional menu worth stopping for. During a visit to Courtenay recently, my in-laws and spouse decided to try a Japanese menu. Located about 1/2 way down the main aisle in the grocery store on the right, is a smaller kitchen. We ordered a "Bento Box", 2 in fact to feed 4 adults. The Bento boxes consist of you deciding on 4 choices and having rice as a complimentary 5th item. The salmon, shrimp and vegetable choices were ones that we selected. With teriyaki sauce added in the food presentations, that flavors were delightful. Service was quick, and the manager has a great positive attitude. Once we received our order we headed to a most comfortable seating location that has a great viewing area and fireplace. Truly a comfortable place to dine! being able to feed 4 adults for $23.00 is hard to do, but at this Quality Foods location, the Japanese menu rocks it. By the way, you can pick up chopsticks to add more of challenge while eating :)"

"If your looking nice little place to golf this is the place , Great breakfast , drive a bucket of ball and off to the course , or do 9 holes and have a great lunch and cold one , price is right beer is cold then go on and the back nine. Have beer on the deck after very friendly staff"
