pho 99 is a well-known Vietnamese cuisine franchise best known for her nudelsuppen translated as “pho”. with seven previous locations I visited her Coquitlam site after a long day of study for a quick bite. it is in the corner of the place on lougheed highway some shops down of capitulate. Used to be a go to place for their lemon grass pork slices and rice. However, feels like they have changed their recipe in the past years. Gave it a few tries over a span of a few months but consistent disappoint. The pork slices aren't as flavourful nor saucy as it was before.
