How can a National Trust cafe get this so very wrong. It was a disaster! No system appeared to be in place other than saying get a table, remember table number and come and order. People simply didn’t know what to do where was the board information to say what was on the menu? Customers were reliant and being told by others who had worked it out. Then 2 staff serving!!
