Deep fried lamb cutlets? Horrible. Why wouldn't you shallow fry? We wouldn't recommend going there. Chefs explanation didn't make sense. I hope he comes to realise that oily overcooked beautiful young lamb cutlets is an abomination of a delicious cut of meat. I'm sorry he didn't understand my criticism as it wasn't personal.
