We booked ahead a large table as we were coming with kids. Specifically inside as it was cold. Front of the house could not be bothered to honor the reservation as they had given out the table. Big mess of getting everyone seated in two different tables. The food is always good but service has really gone downhill, managers used to care about the reputation, not anymore. View all feedback.

Ordered two nights room service from this restaurant while we stayed at the Intercontinental Santa Fe. First night I had the wedge salad, it was super delicious.
