"The offer was promising: Go try the best wagyu burger in Mexico City. Of course I could not deny it. To avoid setbacks, I decided to make a reservation and invite my wife to dinner, since it was my wedding anniversary and I had learned that the hamburger was enough for 2 people to eat. When we arrived at the restaurant the smell of cigarettes was quite penetrating, but we did not give importance to it and we arranged to order. The hamburger, which by the way is not cheap (approximately $24.00USD), but in fact if it is very large, which compensates a part of the price. What definitely balances the price quality ratio, is the wonderful flavor of the dish, since the hamburger is really delicious and I totally recommend it. In order to close the evening, I decided to order a dessert that I had also been recommended and that was also giant: the carrot cake. The cake was also a delight in size and taste (the waiter told us that they imported it from the USA) and it shows in the price (approx $17.00USD). The service of the restaurant is very good and at times excessive, since the whole team is always very attentive of your needs. The big SURPRISE of the night was when, after having eaten half of the giant slice of the carrot cake, the waitress captain arrived with a slice of iced lemon pie, courtesy of the house, with the caption: Felicidades! in allusion to our anniversary. Thank you very much The Palm. Great detail the lemon pie courtesy, great team service and definitive an excellent Wagyu burger."

"Whenever we go there it is hit or miss. Food is generally good and enjoyable, but service tends to run from disinterested to terrible. We had dinner on Friday evening, September and got so fed up, we asked for the check before dessert and...coffee and it is the first time in years that service was so bad that I left no tip. I paid in cash as I just did not trust the captain (useless, when I sought his help, he asked me was my waiter) or waiter with my credit card. We will never return. When the ride home is spent talking about other failures of the restaurant, you figure there are plenty of others so let's skip this place."
