This is truly a one of kind experience. The service and food are impeccable. The head waiter, Jesus Rosales, is a very kind, respectful and professional man. After staying in one of the suites that is supposed to include access to the Chef's Plate restaurant 2x, we finally got on the list for the 9pm seating. I had high hopes and had booked this as our anniversary meal. The staff came and met us at the main building to walk us into the little restaurant.
