"After staying in one of the suites that is supposed to include access to the Chef's Plate restaurant 2x, we finally got on the list for the 9pm seating. I had high hopes and had booked this as our anniversary meal. The staff came and met us at the main building to walk us into the little restaurant. I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but it just seemed awkward and rushed. People were socializing and interrupted by the announcement of the next courses. I get it, that's part of the deal, but it seemed very rushed. They even took my husband's salad Plate away before he was half way done. The food itself was just ok. The salad was my favorite. After how difficult it was to get a reservation, we wished we ate at Maria Marie instead."

"We admitted yesterday for a drink, decided to go to the rooftop terrace and work attentively there. Tonight for dinner we gave the T-bone steak and the bottle of wine for 299 pesos with frits, rice, guacamole and tortillas easily fed both of us. Despite some initial problems of order that could have been our poor Spanish, we were then very well looked after and really enjoyed the meal. Nice to look over Main Street from the balcony and feel at the center of it. This restaurant is definitely in Tepoztlan, not Cuernavaca"
