I haven 't been Red Bowl for couple years after moved another city, came back give it a try again restaurant is not the same from five years ago, the quality of the foods gone down. Both dishes we try was tasteless, the restaurant manager (lady boss) about the taste, she said I can add fish sauce or salt for you . The prices has gone up, the foods quality has gone down!!
