Fantastic no frills eatery that?s affordable and generous with the portions. I only spent $15 for a bowl of soup, hot tea and a large delicious dish of mixed vegetables and rice that would? ve was good for two people. Taped the server $5 because they keep it coughing. I haven 't been Red Bowl for couple years after moved another city, came back give it a try again restaurant is not the same from five years ago, the quality of the foods gone down. Both dishes we try was tasteless, the restaurant manager (lady boss) about the taste, she said I can add fish sauce or salt for you . The prices has gone up, the foods quality has gone down!!
