The staff were polite and attentive, without being intrusive, food was good and portion size of the meal and a pudding was value for money, it was quiet when we were there, but the World Cup games were advertised and the lounge for this was good clear from us, so a loud game would probably not spoil your visit, WC access was good and very clean. We'll probably go back to the swan. View all feedback.

Food and surroundings nice, low rating as we were not offered a desert. It would have been good customer service to politely ask if we would have liked a desert before the chef finished rather than told we couldn't have one View all feedback.
