I was very disappointed with the staff tonight at The Chase. I am a regular customer and was denied alcohol because one of the bartenders believed I was intoxicated. I think this assumption was made due to my loud speech, but I am hard of hearing and wear two hearing aids. I feel I was unfairly judged because of my disability and I have never felt so embarrassed.
