We came here for my graduation meal and it was appalling from start to finish. We waited an hour for starters without any acknowledgement or reimbursement from the restaurant. I had to approach the manager and also later complained twice. Nothing. With over 5 years of hospitality experience myself I would never dream of providing a customer experience like this.
