We stopped on our way out of Edmonton and the place was not busy. It was 7pm on a Sunday night. It took 1 hour for our family of 4 to get our simple order. Tables were not cleared, the bathrooms were a mess. We should have left when other tables were asking to speak to the manager about the wait time.
