Red Robin - Edmonton

What User likes about Red Robin:
Stopped here for lunch as it seemed fairly busy & in a nice area. Our server was very good at explaining various items on the menu as we hadn't eaten here before. We both had burgers & I ordered yam fries with mine. When they came, the fries were stone cold & looked like they'd been sitting for quite awhile. I flagged down the server & told her the problem. What User doesn't like about Red Robin:
We stopped on our way out of Edmonton and the place was not busy. It was 7pm on a Sunday night. It took 1 hour for our family of 4 to get our simple order. Tables were not cleared, the bathrooms were a mess. We should have left when other tables were asking to speak to the manager about the wait time. Tables around us who arrived after us got their food long before we did. The server felt bad, it was not her fault. View all feedback.
