What John Linderman doesn't like about Bento Factory:
I wanted to like this meal. The breading was too heavy for tempura and the oil in which it was cooked was clearly in need of changing. The quantity of food was good…if you like a lot! I can’t imagine they maintain a good profit ratio. Change to a lighter breading and reduce the quantity and I’ll come back. And lastly, this restaurant should allow minor substitutions.
