We ordered from the Everett location tonight and on our way we got a call that a family member was in an accident and being rushed to the hospital, while this was all happening we called them to explain the situation they told us that the food was ready and that they had to get manager approval which we understood, we called them and they only gave us a partial refund on a $70 order.
