Monday night, and I have spent the evening catching up with a friend enjoying a home cooked tasty fish pie filled with salmon, smoked haddock, prawns in a creamy sauce. The food was good and our party of nine enjoyed it. All the food came up together and was hot. The food did take a long time to come, but the chef was alone and the waiting was forgotten when we started eating.
