This JitB is inconsistent with service. Most of the time its good to great, they make eye contact and get you sorted right away. But quite often, its quite poor with no acknowledgment at all fro staff. Also if you walk up to the pickup order sign and not the till which is 10ft away, it seems intuitive that you are looking for a pickup order. Sit in the drive through for 3 minutes without being noticed. Loop around to try and be able to order. Have another car pull in ahead of you during that. See that they order over $30 of food. Try to order anyways even though there will now be at least a 10 minute wait. Can I get two tacos? Voice comes back....sorry, we 're out of tacos. Like seriously....why even bother.
