To say this was a disappointing meal would be an understatement. Used to be one of our favorite spots in Fort Collins, must be under new ownership or something. We got the beef pho, short ribs and the combo plate. The pho was alright, the broth was good but wouldn’t go back for it. The meat in all three dishes were absolutely terrible, though.
