The food was delicious on a cloudy spring day, making it a perfect opportunity to celebrate the conclusion of Asian American Pacific Islander Month! This is an update to the previous review from May 31, 2022. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho Little Saigon:
To say this was a disappointing meal would be an understatement. Used to be one of our favorite spots in Fort Collins, must be under new ownership or something. We got the beef pho, short ribs and the combo plate. The pho was alright, the broth was good but wouldn’t go back for it. The meat in all three dishes were absolutely terrible, though. The short ribs were mostly gristle, was able to eat maybe one collectively... View all feedback.
Had their spring rolls that were fantastic. the peanut sauce was amazing. only Pho option was vegetarian pho and it was excellent. the people were also very nice.
I really hope you can open your favorite place again in all of the continuing collins. many thanks for the incredible eating and service, really a pleasure! it is hard to find good places here and this is our favorites
A hole in the wall. I was looking for a Chinese restaurant in fort collins and came over by chance. it is now my place to go for the phophon. it's all everyone says about eating. excellent!
Eating was typical of what I expect in the rule in a typical Vietnamese restaurant and very tasty. prices were somewhat higher than I have seen in the rule (approximately $7 for a banh mi sandwich and $14 for a Vermicelli dish,) and be aware that the prices online is lower than the actual prices in the restaurant. also the menu that was published on the window of the actual device was marked with sharpie and the prices were lower than the menu inside. the atmosphere was casual and the service was fast.
Hands down our favorite place in all fort collins. many thanks for the incredible eating and service, really a pleasure!
