I've come to burgerfi for the past few times and I've noticed they have splendid fries. They're not too salty, not too crunchy, and not too soggy in the inside either. Jack is an excellent manager who goes out of his way to make things right for the customer. I appreciated that about this store. My issue is with the quality control of the food.
