I've come to burgerfi for the past few times and I've noticed they have splendid fries. They're not too salty, not too crunchy, and not too soggy in the inside either. I can eat these fries the next day and they still taste good and that amazed me because not many fastfood companies fries still taste good the next day. Jack is an excellent manager who goes out of his way to make things right for the customer. I appreciated that about this store. My issue is with the quality control of the food. The fries are greasy, overcooked and burnt looking. The onion rings are wonderful when cooked right. The burgers although tasty to a degree are overly salted which ruins the whole experience.
